About the role
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from scouting to hiring and offer negotiation
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand needs and craft job stories
- Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and creative sourcing strategies
- Build pipelines of high-quality candidates and craft compelling job ads
- Negotiate final offers and support hiring process to secure top talent
- Work on a 3 month contract to attract and secure talent for Mondia Group
Requirements
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from role briefings to successful hires
- Adept at using ATS, job boards, and HR systems
- Exceptional communicator with a client-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Skilled in complex negotiations
- Driven by achieving results and delivering outcomes
