Content Marketing Manager

• **Job Purpose **
• This is a hybrid role between Product Delivery and Content Management. The role owns B2B2C digital products (from ideation to delivery and post launch optimization), while also overseeing content and partner operations (sourcing, onboarding/uploading, licensing coordination, optimization, and performance reporting).
• **Roles and Responsibilities**
• - Have end-to-end ownership of clients’ products across multiple markets.
• - Collect client requirements and translate them into value-oriented features as part of product evolution.
• - Control the full update cycle: understanding, client adaptation, stakeholder alignment, testing, official launch, and post-launch behavior monitoring.
• - Negotiate with international partners/licensors and execute defined negotiation objectives.
• - Conclude and administer contracts; maintain contract and billing databases.
• - Control license reporting and optimize the license management system (LMS) in cooperation with development.
• - Serve as the single point of contact for licensors and service/content partners and support them throughout operations and delivery.
• - Manage day-to-day storefront operations: content updates, portal editorial, partner integration, price plans, and pre-go-live testing/verification.
• - Act as the technical interface for content suppliers, handling content delivery and integration requests.
• - Create user stories that capture requirements, oversee execution through delivery, and define acceptance criteria across to enforce the quality management system.
• - Produce data-driven product/content reports based on customer usage and portfolio performance to identify improvements and revenue opportunities.
• - Partner with Marketing to evaluate portfolio performance, create content roadmaps, and plan/execute specials and campaigns.
• - Support Sales in business case development and estimating expected costs/expenses.
• - Suggest improvements to user flows and manage partner integrations to improve the user experience

Delivery Product Owner, Content Specialist

Graphics Designer

• Execute the visual design aspects of a company's products, branding, marketing campaigns designs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, email newsletters, digital advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Translate marketing objectives and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's visual identity and guidelines to ensure consistent application across all design deliverables.
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that enhance the overall aesthetics and usability of digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and marketers, to ensure design concepts are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies, and incorporate them into design processes to enhance creativity and innovation.
• Comply with Mondia policies and procedures and support Mondia mission and vision.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.

Senior Graphic Designer

Operations

• Execute configuration changes across staging and production environments using our UI configuration tool
• Perform configuration updates via Swagger and Postman when required
• Validate and troubleshoot configuration changes to ensure system stability and correctness
• Work with MySQL and MongoDB to query, validate, and support configuration-related data
• Monitor systems and investigate issues using tools like New Relic and Kadeck
• Identify, analyse, and resolve configuration-related incidents and anomalies
• Participate in scheduled release activities, including pre-release checks, execution, and post-release validation
• (If required) Provide on-call support as part of a team rotation to handle production issues and urgent configuration changes
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams during releases and production changes
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or bulk configuration tasks
• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Track tasks, changes, and incidents using Jira, and document processes in Confluence
• Follow change management and operational best practices for live environments.

Senior LiveOps Engineer

Account Manager

• Development and implement a customer-centric business development strategy
• Set ambitious objectives and drive results through effective teamwork ensuring achievement of KPIs
• Lead the service team in delivering excellence in customer-centric service
• Revenue management and forecasting on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
• Develop and cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders in the Business and act as the key point of contact for all customer related queries
• Identify and expedite opportunities to up/cross-sell new solutions; seek opportunities to enhance the value proposition and drive revenue/margin realization
• Continually assess the market/industry remaining vigilant for insights and opportunities that enable us to act fast and offer proactive solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions
• Effectively collaborating with internal and external customers on business-related support activities for troubleshooting/Issue resolution
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent the company at community events and other business-related meetings, promoting the company products and services.
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally as and when required

Technical Product Manager

• Collaborate Effectively with payment gateway providers and external partners to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships.
• Manage and Drive the integration of multiple payment gateways into our systems, ensuring they meet compatibility, security, and performance standards.
