About the role
- Source and attract candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc.
- Build and manage robust pipeline of clinical candidates such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians
- Review and assess applications/profiles to ensure job qualifications are met
- Effectively screen candidates to ensure strong interview to hire ratio
- Act as a direct point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process
- Present and manage candidate offers
- Work directly with Director of Talent to ensure hiring needs are being met
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work."
Requirements
- 5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically recruiting multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners across all 50 states
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
- Experience with high-volume hiring needs
- Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Experience scheduling your own candidate screens
- Experience “closing down” candidates
- Savvy with platforms such as Lever & Indeed
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Lever preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills
