About the role
- Own the Pipeline: Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with target law firms, managing a high-volume pipeline
- High-Volume Engagement: Commit to over 125 activities per day, including 80+ calls, to connect with key decision-makers and generate interest
- Qualify & Discover: Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and support Account Executive team
- Master the Message: Become an expert in product value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with Account Executive team, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture
- Hit Your Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created
- Accelerate Your Career: Develop advanced sales skills through mentorship, with clear path to promotion to full sales cycle roles for top performers
Requirements
- Hunger & Drive: highly motivated and driven to achieve success in a competitive sales environment
- Experience: 6-18 months of SDR/Prospecting experience in a b2b SaaS environment
- Coachability: actively ask for feedback and implement it quickly and effectively
- Resilience: comfortable with daily rejection and maintaining positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- Curiosity: natural problem-solver and asks thoughtful, high-quality questions

- Location: hybrid role based out of our Austin Texas office. Relocation is not provided for this role
