About the role
- Join Quadient’s high-impact demand generation team, driving millions in sales through data-driven insights and outbound prospecting.
- As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment, supporting our Field Sales Representatives through 120-140 daily calls.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
- Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
- Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus.
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in outbound calling
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
