As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment, supporting our Field Sales Representatives through 120-140 daily calls.
Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls
Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience
Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus.
Experience with high-volume outbound calling
Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in outbound calling
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
