About the role
- Drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling B2B company
- Own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
- Work with provided lead intelligence, proven sales frameworks, and clear revenue targets
- Target 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities and consistent monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate as part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership
- Receive training, admin/HR support, and join Reef's community of high-level salespeople
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closing skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
