About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, referrals, social selling, and direct outreach.\n
- Lead discovery sessions, tailor product demonstrations, and align our solutions with client needs to close high-impact deals.\n
- Manage full sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success teams.\n
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their goals and offering strategic insights.\n
- Track and forecast sales opportunities accurately using Salesforce and other CRM tools.\n
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning.\n
- Represent Millennium Systems International at trade shows and industry events to expand visibility and pipeline.\n
- Provide meaningful feedback to internal teams to continuously improve our Meevo product suite.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry.\n
- Bachelor's degree or industry experience is preferred, but not required.\n
- Proven ability to sell into mid-market or enterprise-level accounts and navigate complex sales cycles.\n
- Strong presentation and communication skills—both written and verbal.\n
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools.\n
- Highly organized with a self-starter mentality—you’re comfortable working independently and as part of a national team.\n
- Knowledge of the salon/spa industry or wellness tech landscape is a strong advantage.
