We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and build the early pipeline for our sales organization. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence among mid-sized healthcare provider organizations, including multi-specialty clinics, group practices, and outpatient facilities. Prior experience in selling BPO/ Healthcare SaaS / Tech enabled Services is essential. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads. Research target accounts, understand their structure and pain points, and craft personalized outreach strategies. Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives with key decision-makers (e.g., Practice Administrators, CFOs, COOs). Manage and update CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) with accurate activity and pipeline data. Work closely with marketing to align outbound campaigns and messaging with vertical-specific content. Stay current on Neolytix’s service offerings and emerging healthcare operational trends. Qualify inbound leads when necessary and route them appropriately. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and activity metrics (e.g., SQLs, meetings booked, response rates).
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role, specifically in Healthcare BPO services, RCM, SaaS, or tech-enabled BPO selling into mid market Healthcare Providers. Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and decision-making processes. Proven success in lead generation, appointment setting, and building top-of-funnel pipeline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter mindset with high accountability and strong organizational skills. Experience using HubSpot, or other CRM platforms is preferred. Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or business-related field preferred.
