About the role
- Serve as the lead commercial partner for enterprise wellness clients, engaging directly with payers, providers, and senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite)
- Drive expansion revenue via POC conversions, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to meet NRR goals
- Independently manage renewals and expansions of $500K+ ARR contracts
- Develop a commercial playbook for the wellness vertical to shape go-to-market strategy
- Partner closely with Client Performance (CP) team to ensure execution aligns with commercial strategy
- Own the narrative with senior stakeholders by leveraging performance data to demonstrate value
- Lead and develop team members while managing own accounts (player/coach)
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
- Experience converting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to paid engagements
- Strong digital performance marketing expertise
- Omnichannel engagement strategy experience
- Experience advising on CRM or call center integration (preferred)
- Experience engaging directly with VP/C-suite stakeholders at enterprise customers
- Strategic, consultative approach (consulting experience a plus)
- Experience leading and developing team members (player/coach mentality)
- Deep understanding of the wellness industry (nice to have)
- Strong data-driven storytelling and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous/startup environments
- Proven problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills
