About the role

  • Serve as the lead commercial partner for enterprise wellness clients, engaging directly with payers, providers, and senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite)
  • Drive expansion revenue via POC conversions, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to meet NRR goals
  • Independently manage renewals and expansions of $500K+ ARR contracts
  • Develop a commercial playbook for the wellness vertical to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Partner closely with Client Performance (CP) team to ensure execution aligns with commercial strategy
  • Own the narrative with senior stakeholders by leveraging performance data to demonstrate value
  • Lead and develop team members while managing own accounts (player/coach)

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
  • Experience converting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to paid engagements
  • Strong digital performance marketing expertise
  • Omnichannel engagement strategy experience
  • Experience advising on CRM or call center integration (preferred)
  • Experience engaging directly with VP/C-suite stakeholders at enterprise customers
  • Strategic, consultative approach (consulting experience a plus)
  • Experience leading and developing team members (player/coach mentality)
  • Deep understanding of the wellness industry (nice to have)
  • Strong data-driven storytelling and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous/startup environments
  • Proven problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills
