About the role
- Onsite Recruiter supporting Operations teams in Pembroke Park, FL; full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, logistics, and field operations.
- Identify candidates via job boards, trade schools, referrals, networking, events, and community outreach; build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Leverage sourcing tools, Boolean search, resume databases, and direct outreach to engage passive candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, coordinate interviews, provide interview prep and feedback, and support onboarding.
- Represent Vesta’s culture and values; participate in job fairs and recruitment events; develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria; provide market and salary guidance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable ATS; generate recruitment reports; ensure compliance with employment laws.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and the types of roles typically found in fulfillment centers.
- 1-3 years experience in high-volume recruiting (preferred)
