About the role
- Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidate communication and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in employer branding activities, including job postings and social media campaigns.
- Report to Senior Recruitment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask effectively.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
- (Bonus) Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or recruitment platforms.
- (Bonus) Exposure to employer branding or social media content creation.
- (Bonus) Prior internship, part-time, or project experience in HR or recruitment.
- (Bonus) Passion for talent, people development, and building great teams.
