About the role
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Support job postings across platforms and ensure consistent branding.
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System and recruiting trackers.
- Assist with sourcing and initial outreach to candidates as needed.
- Support recruiting team with ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.
- Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, TA operations, and candidate experience.
- Take initiative to learn and support across all areas of talent acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related field.
- Involvement in college (clubs, athletics, student org leadership, campus jobs, internships, etc.) demonstrating initiative, teamwork, or project ownership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Confident communicator across email, phone, and video.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and data.
- Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-moving environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, MacBook; ATS experience a plus.
