About the role
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market and across Asia.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; perform job and task analysis.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges; source candidates via databases and social media.
- Onboard new employees and monitor HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports; act as point of contact and build candidate relationships.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
- Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
- Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter.
- BPO background will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in recruitment field.
