About the role

  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
  • Attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market and across Asia.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; perform job and task analysis.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges; source candidates via databases and social media.
  • Onboard new employees and monitor HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports; act as point of contact and build candidate relationships.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
  • Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
  • Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter.
  • BPO background will be an added advantage.
  • Well verse in recruitment field.
