About the role

  • BMG Money seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing active and passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Supervisor on talent acquisition initiative projects such as employer branding and improving recruitment processes.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Handle sensitive candidate data, compensation details, and proprietary company information with confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition working on manager and director-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS (preferably Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
