About the role

  • Provide custom TA solutions and act as TA partner and consultant for hiring managers across the hub and country.
  • Own and monitor main TA KPIs for the country and consolidate data with country lead.
  • Manage full TA operation and full-cycle recruiting processes: sourcing, selection, interviews, hiring, and post-hire data processing.
  • Drive market research to find potential candidates and propose improvements to selection processes, methods, and technologies.
  • Run strategic headhunting for key roles and align with managing directors for critical hires.
  • Distribute work and supervise lower-seniority team members according to strategies and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR policies and alignment with global D&I strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to run joint TA strategies and identify improvements.
  • Negotiate with candidates and internal teams before hiring.
  • Participate in employer branding events: job fairs, meetups, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Provide support, guidance, and inspiration to direct or indirectly monitored team members.
  • Work closely with clients and other Valtech sites to share recruiting pipeline visibility and improve client experience.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to fulfill priority team tasks.

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience working in recruiting processes.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Strong experience working with social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or data processing tools.
  • Strong experience working in companies related to the IT and/or Agency industries.
  • Strong experience working with any ATS or Recruiting softwares.
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Candidate experience and customer experience knowledge (customer journey map, paint points treatment, continuous improvement).
  • Detailed oriented and analytical.
  • Multitask and flexible to adapt into very dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
  • Proactive, hands on, and make-it-happen spirit.
  • Able to set priorities.
  • Eager to learn and challenge each day aiming to reach Talent Acquisition's goals.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies in talent acquisition processes.
  • Leadership skills, aiming to inspire and develop people.
  • (Nice to have) Executive Recruitment (C-level) and business recruitment experience.
  • (Nice to have) People analytics and data dashboarding knowledge or experience, preferably Power BI.
