About the role
- Own marketing systems with a focus on integrations, governance, and scalability
- Manage the marketing automation platform (Inflection.io) and its integration with Salesforce and other GTM tools
- Oversee lead routing (in close partnership with the Sales Operations team), database hygiene, and lifecycle processes across PLG and enterprise motions
- Partner with RevOps, Growth Marketing, and GTM Analytics to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Implement and optimize data flows between marketing systems and downstream GTM tools
- Maintain documentation, change management, and process governance for the marketing tech stack
- Collaborate with the Data team to align marketing systems, architecture, and roadmap—covering areas such as product event-based email capabilities and audience management.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address data or integration issues before they impact stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience in SaaS or high-growth startups
- Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, or similar) and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of lead routing, lifecycle management, and data governance best practices
- Proven track record managing complex integrations (Tray.io, RudderStack, Segment) and ensuring system scalability
- Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a multi-system GTM environment
- Comfortable operating in a shared-ownership model and collaborating closely with RevOps, Data, Sales, and Marketing to maintain system reliability
