Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing reporting meetings, analyzing lead quality and funnel performance against targets
Build and maintain KPI dashboards (Tableau) to track campaign, pipeline, and funnel performance—delivering actionable analysis and insights to leadership
Analyze marketing and sales data to recommend optimizations that improve conversion rates, pipeline quality, and ROI
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Ops to incorporate feedback and continuously improve lead flow and handoffs
Oversee marketing database quality, lead management processes, and implement new data enrichment initiatives
Take on independent projects that drive growth and expand Virtru’s sales pipeline
Administer and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), including campaign setup, form creation, workflow management, data imports, deduplication, and troubleshooting
Act as the marketing team’s main point of contact for Salesforce, supporting integrations, data flows, and user needs
Manage and enhance the marketing technology stack: Marketing Automation & Chatbot (HubSpot), Attribution (Bizible), Lead Routing (LeanData), Reporting (Tableau), Gifting (Sendoso), and other martech tools
Drive user adoption of marketing technologies through training, documentation, onboarding, and ongoing support
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the timely implementation and maintenance of marketing tech systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce required; additional experience with Tableau, LeanData, or Outreach is a plus
Proficiency in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting marketing automation and CRM platforms
Experience in demand and/or field marketing is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for improving processes and collaborating cross-functionally
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
