About the role

  • Set and evolve the standards for onboarding, playbooks, and internal comms guidance across Marketing.
  • Establish governance for end-to-end marketing processes, ensuring clarity from intake through launch and learn.
  • Direct tooling strategy (Airtable, DAM, rights management, PM tools) to drive simplification and AI integration.
  • Shape cross-functional operating models with Product, Legal, and Comms Ops to improve speed and collaboration.
  • Ensure and audit compliance with company policies on data access and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years in marketing or creative operations, strategy & ops, or program management.
  • Experience leading operational design or transformation at org-wide scale (e.g., marketing, creative, or cross-functional operations).
  • Proven systems thinker who designs and scales operational frameworks that improve how large marketing teams work.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; finds structure without over-engineering.
  • Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple orgs around a unified operating model.
  • Calm, collaborative operator who brings clarity and structure to fast-moving environments.
