About the role
- Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution and collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
- Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes
- Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
- Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
- Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting
- Track and respond to campaign replies, drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
- Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
- Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
- Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
- Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
- Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
- High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
- Ability to commit to Vendelux’s NYC HQ up to 4 times a week
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application requests work authorization and sponsorship information)
