Lead, coach, and optimize a team of Business Development Specialists to prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality B2B sales leads
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support City Wide franchisees, their sales teams, and the Enterprise Sales team
Collaborate with Marketing to align campaign strategies, messaging, and lead qualification
Coach BDSs on personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling; provide training on outbound prospecting, objection handling, and positioning
Develop tailored outbound prospecting playbooks aligned with service offerings and campaigns
Manage and improve technology tools including CRM, sales engagement platforms, intent data, AI tools, and call technologies
Analyze call center and campaign data using advanced reporting tools; generate performance reports and implement continuous improvements
Build and nurture relationships with franchisees to support lead generation efforts
Manage budget, sales forecasts, and revenue tracking to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Role may be onsite in the Lenexa, KS Support Center or may be fully remote
Requirements
5+ years of proven success in building and leading inside sales teams, with a strong track record in B2B sales development
Extensive experience with outbound sales strategies, particularly enterprise prospecting
Familiarity with evaluating and implementing prospecting technologies, including intent data, AI tools, sales engagement platforms, and call technologies
Proficiency with CRMs (such as Microsoft Dynamics), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools a plus
Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic thinking abilities
Data-driven mindset with capability to analyze metrics, optimize team performance, and drive continuous improvement
Prior franchise industry experience highly desirable
