About the role
- Shape and drive client creative effectiveness across multiple digital channels
- Oversee development, adaptation and localisation of creative assets across display, paid social, email, search and video
- Ensure every deliverable aligns with marketing objectives, platform best practices and audience insights
- Streamline asset delivery by working closely with media, project management and production teams
- Leverage AI-powered creative insights, automation tools and A/B testing to enhance creative performance
- Act as the bridge between creative, media and data teams and client stakeholders to ensure measurable, scalable outputs
- Develop and execute creative strategies that drive integrated performance across digital, social, programmatic display and email
- Guide transcreation and market adaptation processes, and oversee quality control of localised assets
- Partner with media, analytics and adtech teams to develop data-informed creative strategies
- Conduct creative performance reviews using A/B tests, DCO and audience engagement metrics
- Act as Strategy lead in client discussions and maintain communication between global and local market teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Creative Strategy, Digital Marketing or Performance Creative role
- Proven experience working on multi-market campaigns, ideally B2B tech, SaaS or enterprise marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Programmatic Display, Social, CRM, Email, etc.)
- Experience with transcreation and localization in global marketing contexts
- Understanding of performance marketing, creative testing and AI-driven creative solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with DCO, AI-powered creative tools and performance analytics (strong plus)
