About the role

  • Shape and drive client creative effectiveness across multiple digital channels
  • Oversee development, adaptation and localisation of creative assets across display, paid social, email, search and video
  • Ensure every deliverable aligns with marketing objectives, platform best practices and audience insights
  • Streamline asset delivery by working closely with media, project management and production teams
  • Leverage AI-powered creative insights, automation tools and A/B testing to enhance creative performance
  • Act as the bridge between creative, media and data teams and client stakeholders to ensure measurable, scalable outputs
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive integrated performance across digital, social, programmatic display and email
  • Guide transcreation and market adaptation processes, and oversee quality control of localised assets
  • Partner with media, analytics and adtech teams to develop data-informed creative strategies
  • Conduct creative performance reviews using A/B tests, DCO and audience engagement metrics
  • Act as Strategy lead in client discussions and maintain communication between global and local market teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Creative Strategy, Digital Marketing or Performance Creative role
  • Proven experience working on multi-market campaigns, ideally B2B tech, SaaS or enterprise marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Programmatic Display, Social, CRM, Email, etc.)
  • Experience with transcreation and localization in global marketing contexts
  • Understanding of performance marketing, creative testing and AI-driven creative solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with DCO, AI-powered creative tools and performance analytics (strong plus)
