About the role

  • Review and critique all product listings, developing a strategy to improve design while keeping scalability in mind.
  • Manage the design team, ensuring projects are assigned, delivered on time, and meet top-notch quality standards.
  • Plan and execute creative elements for new product launches, including coordinating photoshoots and developing packaging designs.
  • Create and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize visuals and drive results.
  • Analyze and refine marketing assets to align with performance data and campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon features, utilizing them to keep our listings ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 5 years + of experience in design.
  • Leadership experience managing creative teams.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and e-commerce design.
  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • The ability to tend to the details while simultaneously see the bigger picture.
  • Photography and product shoot coordination experience (Brownie Points).
  • Amazon listing expertise (Brownie Points).
  • Digital marketing and AI-assisted design knowledge (Brownie Points).
