About the role
- Lead Xsolla’s global developer marketing strategy to build awareness, drive adoption, and increase engagement with game developers
- Build a consistent, recognizable developer-facing brand voice across platforms, regions, and formats
- Promote custom integration use cases and self-service product adoption
- Create and promote marketing campaigns for developer audiences, including product launches and educational resources
- Partner with Developer Relations, Product, Sales, and Developer Evangelists to highlight lighthouse integrations and case studies
- Manage presence at top developer events, including booth design, speaker slots, and promotional activities
- Oversee production of multi-format content (articles, videos, podcasts, social, email, AI adaptations)
- Tailor materials for different developer segments and regional markets
- Support local developer events, meetups, and hackathons through regional programs
- Use analytics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a developer marketing or B2B technology marketing leadership role
- Strong understanding of the game development ecosystem and developer mindset
- Proven track record of running impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience working with global, distributed teams and tailoring marketing approaches for regional audiences
- Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with technical content, developer tooling, and integration workflows is a plus
