• Own and lead Vendelux's analytics strategy end to end: measurement frameworks, metric definitions, reporting standards, and our agentic analytics platform.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing analytics team responsible for delivering insights that shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and executives to define and monitor core company metrics and prioritize initiatives based on measurable customer and business impact.

Head of Analytics

Recruitment

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS
• Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance
• Support offer logistics, including reference checks and coordination with HR or People Ops
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications
• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels

Account Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers; hire, onboard, and retain talent as the team scales.
• Build the foundation of Vendelux’s account management function — segmentation, playbooks, and health scoring that deliver predictable outcomes across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Own retention, expansion, and account health for the segment; set targets, prioritize resources, and drive team accountability and results.
• Coach account managers on delivering compelling business outcomes for their partners.
• Lead and grow relationships with key event organizer partners, serving as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Source and structure data-driven partnerships — including data exchange and technical collaborations — that support revenue growth and product expansion.
• Own partner onboarding end-to-end, from pre-call research to live sessions and follow-up education.
• Build and customize data reports and dashboards to meet partner-specific needs, and surface partner feedback to improve reporting workflows and product capabilities.

Head of Account Management

Accountant

• Assist with monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support and optimize the procure-to-pay process (vendor setup, purchase requests, POs, expense reporting)
• Oversee corporate credit card transactions and employee reimbursements within our expense management platform
• Facilitate the annual issuance and distribution of 1099s to independent contractors

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles across all levels — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
• Partner closely with engineering managers and founders to develop a deep understanding of technical requirements, team culture, and hiring bar for each role.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified engineering candidates through proactive outbound sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
• Craft compelling, tailored outreach that resonates with technical talent and clearly communicates our mission and engineering culture.
• Drive a structured, consistent interview process — define evaluation criteria, train interviewers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.

SDR, Cold Call Specialist

• Own and grow a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser
• Lead partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live sessions, and follow-up education
• Manage the flow of data between organizers and internal teams, including attendee lists, segmentation files, and sponsor deliverables
• Prepare and deliver audience insight reports to organizers, including attendee demographics, seniority, and intent signals
