About the role
- Report to the Head of Product Marketing and focus on growth initiatives, product launches, sales enablement, and market research.
- Drive strategic business and market research & analysis to understand market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends, and inform product development and positioning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and monitor market shifts.
- Liaise cross-functionally to support go-to-market planning and collaborate with Brand & Content to create product collateral, videos, sales tools, and case studies.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation to drive full-funnel marketing toward pipeline and revenue goals.
- Drive product launches and release marketing efforts, creating repeatable deliverables with sales enablement and GTM partners.
- Work extensively with sales enablement to develop sales strategies, materials, toolkits/templates to increase close rates, competitor win rates, decrease sales cycle length, and increase ACV.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing in the SaaS or HR technology industry - building, launching, and scaling innovative product marketing programs
- Proven track record of developing expertise in, and marketing complex products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of global talent solutions and the international business landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
