About the role

  • Define and prioritize product strategies to support U.S. product launches, accessory development, and platform expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer feedback.
  • Engage deeply with users, Sales, and field teams to surface pain points and opportunities.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in product planning and development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and technical account managers to understand deployment challenges and customer requirements.
  • Help fill process and communication gaps between Sales and Product, and support onboarding readiness from a product perspective.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to bring products to life.
  • Facilitate clear handoffs, ensure execution velocity, and unblock teams where needed.
  • Drive product launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales; ensure teams are aligned on positioning, messaging, training, and deployment timelines.
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level leadership, to align product direction and secure buy-in.
  • Identify opportunities to extend platform capabilities for future growth; help design products and processes that scale globally.
  • Define product KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Clear, concise communicator with ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong user empathy and customer-first thinking.
  • Analytical problem-solver with executional discipline.
  • Experience driving GTM strategy and launch execution.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills across teams.
  • Technical fluency and ability to speak both customer and engineering languages.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting field teams and onboarding at scale. (Preferred)
  • Exposure to platform product management and extensible systems. (Preferred)
  • Prior work with executive-level stakeholders or leadership teams. (Preferred)
  • Experience in robotics, hardware, or B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech-forward or B2B environment.
