About the role
- Define and prioritize product strategies to support U.S. product launches, accessory development, and platform expansion.
- Develop and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer feedback.
- Engage deeply with users, Sales, and field teams to surface pain points and opportunities.
- Champion the voice of the customer in product planning and development.
- Collaborate with Sales and technical account managers to understand deployment challenges and customer requirements.
- Help fill process and communication gaps between Sales and Product, and support onboarding readiness from a product perspective.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to bring products to life.
- Facilitate clear handoffs, ensure execution velocity, and unblock teams where needed.
- Drive product launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales; ensure teams are aligned on positioning, messaging, training, and deployment timelines.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level leadership, to align product direction and secure buy-in.
- Identify opportunities to extend platform capabilities for future growth; help design products and processes that scale globally.
- Define product KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated success launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting field teams and onboarding at scale. (Preferred)
- Exposure to platform product management and extensible systems. (Preferred)
- Prior work with executive-level stakeholders or leadership teams. (Preferred)
- Experience in robotics, hardware, or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech-forward or B2B environment.
