About the role
- Own the Business: Act as the GM for Dispatch Pro, responsible for delivering on business KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention). Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer success.\n
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling long-term vision for Dispatch Pro across multiple customer segments, aligning product strategy with company goals.\n
- Customer & Market Insight: Engage deeply with customers and end-users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities. Translate insights into product and business strategies.\n
- Represent ServiceTitan as a domain expert in customer meetings and industry forums.\n
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Drive roadmap prioritization based on ROI and business impact.\n
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver best-in-class solutions. Hold teams accountable for delivering measurable results.\n
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to inform strategy, measure success, and iterate rapidly. Build business cases and champion investments that drive outsized value.\n
- Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with GTM teams to launch new features, drive adoption, and ensure commercial success.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning business outcomes and scaling B2B products.\n
- Demonstrated GM mentality, experience managing a product line or business unit, with accountability for financial and customer results.\n
- Experience scaling automation products is highly desirable.\n
- Direct experience with scheduling, dispatching, or capacity planning in the trades or similar industries is a plus.\n
- Strong technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with engineering.\n
- Exceptional analytical skills: able to build business cases, analyze data, and synthesize insights to drive decisions.\n
- Excellent communicator, presenter, and influencer across all levels of the organization and customers.\n
- Creative, critical thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering real customer impact.\n
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and inspires others to achieve ambitious goals.\n
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred.
