About the role

  • Client Onboarding & Integration Management: Own and lead the full onboarding process for new clients on the VeliGames aggregation platform.
  • Account Management & Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring & KPI Awareness: Regularly analyze the performance of client accounts and individual game providers.
  • Support & Reconciliation: Assist the Finance Manager with monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial processes: onboarding, contracting, invoicing.
  • Experience in client communication and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Ability to analyze account performance and work with KPIs / GGR data.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Technical).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and ownership mindset.
