About the role
- Client Onboarding & Integration Management: Own and lead the full onboarding process for new clients on the VeliGames aggregation platform.
- Account Management & Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Performance Monitoring & KPI Awareness: Regularly analyze the performance of client accounts and individual game providers.
- Support & Reconciliation: Assist the Finance Manager with monthly reconciliation and reporting tasks for assigned clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial processes: onboarding, contracting, invoicing.
- Experience in client communication and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Ability to analyze account performance and work with KPIs / GGR data.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Technical).
- Excellent English communication skills.
