Revenue Operations

• Act as key executive leader and strategic advisor to the CRO, shaping Varicent’s revenue model and GTM effectiveness.
• Co-lead revenue strategy; define long-term vision and execution across customer segments and regions.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Design and optimize organizational structure, coverage models, segmentation, and incentive strategies.
• Lead Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales oversight; mentor leadership and serve as executive sponsor in high-stakes negotiations.
• Develop and lead a company-wide Cross-Sell program and build a cross-functional operational team.
• Establish KPIs, ownership of enterprise-wide forecasting, and provide insights into pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Oversee implementation of scalable systems, tools, and analytics to support performance management.
• Represent the revenue function in leadership forums, external events, and M&A diligence.
• Build leadership continuity, foster Varicent’s values, and lead organizational change to support scale.

Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy

• Co-lead revenue strategy alongside the CRO, defining long-term vision and execution across all customer segments and regions.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support growth objectives.
• Design and optimize organizational structure, coverage models, segmentation, and incentive strategies to support a scalable go-to-market engine.
• Lead and mentor Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales leadership teams; drive consistency in sales methodologies and pipeline management.
• Serve as executive sponsor in high-stakes negotiations and top-tier client relationships.
• Develop and lead a company-wide Cross-Sell program; build and scale a cross-functional team to operationalize the program and establish KPIs.
• Own enterprise-wide sales forecasting discipline with Revenue Operations; provide insight into pipeline health and oversee implementation of scalable systems and analytics.
• Represent the CRO in internal leadership forums, external events, and M&A diligence; engage with strategic customers and partners.
• Build and strengthen a high-performing, inclusive revenue leadership team and lead organizational change management initiatives.

• Varicent Legal Team is looking for a practical Senior Law Clerk to support the Legal Team and broader business on a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
• Review, revise and draft legal documentation from standard templates such as non-disclosure agreements, orders, statements of work and vendor contracts
• Respond to day to day legal inquiries
• Provide support for legal projects
• Manage intake process for Legal Team requests
• Maintain database of insurance and intellectual property portfolio
• Assist with maintaining contract repository
• Help manage company minute books and records
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Reviewing, maintaining and updating precedents
• Other duties as required
