About the role

Administer, configure, and maintain the UKG WFM system, including user access, security roles, and system settings
Serve as the primary point of contact for all WFM-related issues and provide Tier 2/3 technical support
Configure and customize modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Schedules, and Pay Rules to align with business requirements and policies
Manage data integrity, perform system audits, and oversee data imports/exports to and from other systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll)
Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases
Maintain system documentation, user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience

Proven experience as a UKG/Kronos System Administrator or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of UKG modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Accruals (Global a plus)
Knowledgeable in configuring and analyzing reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
Experience with system implementation, configuration, and project management methodologies is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Experience with UKG APIs and integrations (Boomi)
