About the role

  • Optimize and maintain the Workday HCM platform to support efficient and effective HR operations
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to configure business processes, ensure data accuracy, and deliver reporting and insights
  • Lead Workday HCM implementations and enhancements, ensuring system functionality aligns with strategic HR and organizational goals
  • Configure, test, and deploy enhancements and business processes in Workday HCM
  • Serve as the SME for Workday HCM, providing guidance and training to HR and business users
  • Monitor and resolve system issues and recommend and implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain custom reports (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and support of HR data governance
  • Design and streamline business processes in alignment with compliance and policy
  • Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, module rollouts, and upgrades
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify configuration strategies and system improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, or a related field
  • Eight to ten years of experience working in HR
  • Five or more years of hands-on experience working with HRIS with experience in multiple areas, including payroll, time, benefits, compensation, recruiting, learning, and talent
  • One to three years of Workday HCM experience
  • Strong experience in configuring Workday HCM business processes
  • Proven ability to build and maintain Workday reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation
  • Experience in Workday security role management
  • Experience rolling out HR system changes to organizational users
