Systems Engineer

• Participate in analyzing high-level needs using a structured and logical approach
• Responsible for developing system architecture solutions and concepts for various new and emerging capabilities of the C2BMC system, collaborating with other architects
• Communicates and collaborates on system architecture solutions with teams such as software developers, network engineers, cyber engineers, DevSecOps teams, infrastructure teams, test teams, and deployment teams
• Physical architecture and logical architecture throughout the system
• Communicate with project leads, product owners, and MDA customers
• Present architecture concepts to diverse audiences and serve as the main point of contact for the System Architecture within the Capability for development, testing, and deployment efforts
• Present internal and external design reviews
• Help document or review architecture using an MBSE tool like CAMEO
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and design methodologies in the area of DoD Command and Control and COTS/FOSS information technology products
