Manage weekly and bi-weekly timecard processing, including locking/unlocking timesheets, updating statuses, and submitting payroll files, collaborating when necessary with benefits, HR, and payroll partners to prepare files for payroll processing
Review and audit employee timesheets, leave of absence (LOA) data, and timecard exceptions for compliance and accuracy
Monitor and act on payroll-related communications and adjustment requests via RemedyForce
Prepare and submit weekly adjustment files in accordance with payroll schedules
Provide administrative support for SAFE Act compliance, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation
Serve as department administrative assistant backup including inbox triage, calendar support, and documentation upkeep
Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and the digital employee experience
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 or more years customer service experience
2 or more years payroll processing and timekeeping
Attention to detail and high data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Familiarity with timekeeping platforms (e.g., UKG/UTM)
Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa
