About the role
- Manage weekly and bi-weekly timecard processing, including locking/unlocking timesheets, updating statuses, and submitting payroll files, collaborating when necessary with benefits, HR, and payroll partners to prepare files for payroll processing
- Review and audit employee timesheets, leave of absence (LOA) data, and timecard exceptions for compliance and accuracy
- Monitor and act on payroll-related communications and adjustment requests via RemedyForce
- Prepare and submit weekly adjustment files in accordance with payroll schedules
- Provide administrative support for SAFE Act compliance, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation
- Serve as department administrative assistant backup including inbox triage, calendar support, and documentation upkeep
- Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and the digital employee experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years customer service experience
- 2 or more years payroll processing and timekeeping
- Attention to detail and high data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with timekeeping platforms (e.g., UKG/UTM)
- Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa
