About the role
- Support/manage the content vendor license request and waitlist processes
- Create course offerings (classes) in Workday, manage rosters and attendance
- Communicate with training participants and project team (e.g., meeting invitations, sending pre-work, learner engagement, etc.)
- Create and maintain workteam lists
- Prepare and submit files for loading training completions and workteam updates
- Create new courses and learning programs (e.g., instructor led or self-acknowledgement)
- Support setup of required training assignments (e.g., campaigns, audiences)
- Participate in project meetings
- Run reports from Workday and other learning platforms to track learning activities and completions
- Support learning data analysis and validation
- Resolve issues and respond to tickets related to learning
- Provide other training-related support as needed (e.g., technical support)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with learning administration
- Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Communicate effectively with learners, managers and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently and work in a virtual environment
