Business Development Rep

• Own your books of business
• Serve as the primary owner of Resilience Summit sponsorship sales building the prospect pipeline, leading outreach, developing proposals, and closing commitments
• Manage the Urban Land advertising program end to end: growing and re-engaging the advertiser base, coordinating placements with the magazine team, and owning renewals and the day-to-day advertiser relationship
• Drive new business for ULI's major meetings
• Contribute to new sponsor identification and outreach for ULI's Fall and Spring Meetings alongside the broader Business Development team
• Conduct research and prospecting to build a strong, qualified pipeline - a significant and important part of the role, given how much of ULI's growth depends on finding the right new conversations
• Coordinate with the Partnership Services (account management) team on current sponsors and with local District Council host committees on regional leads
• Build strong pitch materials and manage your pipeline
• Prepare and customize proposals, sponsorship packages, one-pagers, and decks that clearly communicate ULI's value proposition
• Maintain accurate, well-organized pipeline tracking (Excel-based) and contribute to monthly reporting on pipeline health and revenue progress
• Be a connected, visible part of the ULI community
• Build a strong understanding of ULI's mission, programs, and membership so you can speak to it with genuine confidence, internally and externally
• Attend at least one major ULI meeting and the Resilience Summit in your first year to see firsthand what your work makes possible
• Represent Business Development in conversations with corporate prospects, advertisers, members, and internal stakeholders

Accounting Manager

• Process cash receipts and disbursements, including incoming wires to the Foundation bank account, and help route related customer service inquiries.
• Support tracking and reconciliation of gifts, endowments, and pledges in partnership with the Foundation team.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile supporting schedules to the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing Foundation financial statements and management reports.
• Support annual audit preparation, including assembling audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Assist with preparation of IRS Form 990 and related compliance requirements.
• Assist with select Urban Land Institute journal entries and finance tasks as directed.

Accountant, Foundation Accounting

Program Manager

• Manages, in close coordination with the Executive Director, the planning and implementation of the national council’s program of work including programs and events throughout the region focused on real estate trends, sustainability/livability, housing, infrastructure, and capital markets.
• Manages the administration of multiple volunteer committees to develop and meet goals and objectives for programs/community outreach, membership involvement, and sponsorship support.
• Responsible for coordinating small and large networking and educational programs/events.
• Oversees all logistics for securing speakers, venues, vendors, on-site staffing, handling transportation, print and digital marketing collateral, photography, audiovisual, signage, and insurance, etc., for programs and events.
• Oversees all budgets and tracks expenses and revenues for the national council and for programs, events, solicitations, etc.
• Develops and maintains program calendar.
• Manages, creates, and/or updates all marketing and communications for the national council, including, but not limited to, the local national council website, newsletters, membership directories, and press releases.

Programme and Marketing Manager

Manager

• Plan and manage all ULI Singapore events end-to-end, including programme brain storming and creation, marketing, logistics, and on-site execution (approximately two events per month, often held in early evenings or mornings.)
• Work with the Executive Director and ExCo to develop the annual events calendar
• Engage with members at events to drive participation, gather feedback, and improve member experience
• Plan and execute post-event member recruitment campaigns and surveys
• Ensure accuracy of event data for post-event analysis and reporting
• Support the Executive Director in business development and sponsorship initiatives to achieve budget targets
• Develop and deliver member recruitment and retention campaigns in collaboration with the ULI Asia Pacific team
• Brainstorm ideas and identify ways to grow council’s membership
• Work with the ULI Singapore Coordinator to manage the Singapore website and social media platforms.
• Support the development of a marketing and communications strategy to maximise the impact of ULI Singapore's activities.
• Organise committee meetings, take minutes, and support the smooth running of the council and all its programmes.
• Build strong relationships with members and staff to strengthen the capacity and performance of the local council.

Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and HTML dashboards for stakeholders across membership, events, the Foundation, and operations.
• Write advanced DAX expressions to support complex business logic, time intelligence, and KPI calculations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against the NetFORUM database and other source systems to build reliable, well-structured data layers.
• Own the monthly official membership report cycle: validating data against a fixed monthly snapshot, coordinating with teams responsible for further validation, and publishing the final report on schedule.
• Conduct regular data quality checks, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues at the source.
• Partner directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, ask the right clarifying questions, and translate ambiguous requests into concrete report designs.
• Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and standards that promote consistency across the reporting portfolio.
• Use AI tools to support query writing and DAX development where useful, while owning the hands-on design and build work that still requires human judgment.
• Document data definitions, sources, and business rules to support broader data governance.

• Lead the ongoing evolution of ULI's global brand strategy
• Serve as ULI's internal brand authority
• Define and track brand KPIs
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries

Senior Director, Brand and Impact Marketing

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 23 Product Councils, coordinating all event logistics for Council receptions, dinners, tours, and Council Day meetings at ULI's Fall and Spring Meetings.
• Work closely with Council leadership, fellow Event Coordinators, and the Senior Director.
• Coordinate event logistics including receptions, dinners, tours, and meetings.
• Support venue and vendor sourcing, manage contracts and timelines, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate final event details to venues and vendors in advance.
• Collaborate with the broader Product Councils team on expense summaries and post-event reporting.

Events Coordinator

• Plan and execute ULI Boston's committee-driven events calendar, including speaker series, panel discussions, tours, roundtables and member gatherings.
• Manage all event logistics: venue sourcing and contracting, catering, invitations, marketing, registration and on-site coordination.
• Work with committee chairs and member leads to develop programming that resonates with our membership.
• Understand what makes a meaningful ULI Boston event and be able to distinguish that from content that serves a sponsor rather than the member.
• Support ULI Boston's local product councils, cohort-based member groups that meet throughout the year.
• Manage event-related communications: invitations, reminders, follow-ups and member correspondence.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors, venues and partners in the Boston market.
