About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of ULI's global brand strategy
  • Serve as ULI's internal brand authority
  • Define and track brand KPIs
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries
  • Manage ULI's contracted creative services team
  • Oversee ULI's creative project management platform
  • Develop and own ULI's global storytelling strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate mission impact stories
  • Lead the Annual Report end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 or more years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or integrated marketing
  • Genuine storytelling capability
  • Experience managing and directing creative teams
  • Background in a membership association, nonprofit, philanthropically funded organization, or agency
  • Proven ability to build alignment and compliance across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
