Product Manager

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product domain, translating company goals into clear outcomes and milestones
• Lead product discovery: deeply understand customer problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement, then validate solutions through prototypes and experiments
• Drive product delivery: write crisp requirements, align cross-functional stakeholders, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality releases on predictable cadences
• Prioritize ruthlessly: balance customer value, revenue impact, operational needs, and technical investments (platform, reliability, performance, and debt)
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, quality), and use insights to iterate post-launch
• Coordinate experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and ensure learnings are captured and shared
• Manage dependencies across teams and communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executives and partners
• Champion product quality and usability, ensuring consistency across experiences and touchpoints
