About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve Product Design processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and user experience vision.
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency.
  • Lead design reviews and foster a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate into planning and execution cadences as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective product experiences.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
  • Help define and measure user experience outcomes and success metrics.
  • Conduct customer interviews, observations, usability testing, and research initiatives.
  • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and behavioral data to guide design decisions.
  • Advocate for customer needs throughout the design and development process.
  • Test concepts and designs, iterating based on learnings and feedback.
  • Design cohesive end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
  • Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Simplify complex workflows while maintaining flexibility for enterprise users.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design AI-powered experiences including assistants, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Ensure AI experiences are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to scale and maintain a robust design system.
  • Drive consistency across products through reusable patterns and components.
  • Mentor and coach Product Designers through feedback and professional development.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding design talent.
  • Help build a high-performing Product Design organization as the company grows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer at a product-driven technology company.
  • Experience leading complex design initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Mobile and web application design experience required.
  • Experience designing enterprise SaaS products preferred.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or intelligent workflows preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual, interaction, and user experience design.
  • Experience mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Storybook, Jira, and modern design collaboration tools.
