Systems Engineer

• Technical consulting and support of the sales team in identifying and qualifying customer requirements
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of solution proposals as the technical lead
• Preparation of technical proposal content and solution concepts, including effort estimation and price calculation based on our service catalog
• Delivery of appropriate-level presentations and technical workshops, and support during contract negotiations
• Act as an interface between engineering/operations and support teams to ensure feasibility and implementation of solutions

• You record, qualify and triage incoming tickets quickly and accurately, ensuring efficient follow-up
• You independently and solution-oriented handle incidents within 1st Level Incident Management so our users can resume work as soon as possible
• For more complex issues, you hand over cases to our Systems Engineers and remain a reliable point of contact, staying close to the process
• By performing Standard Changes within the responsibility of the Service Desk & Onsite Support team, you actively contribute to the stability of customer environments
• You maintain and administer user and computer accounts, access rights and applications to ensure IT functionality

• Automation of IT processes: You develop and implement scripts—primarily using PowerShell—to automate tasks and processes in systems administration.

• Deployments: You support the automation of our deployment processes and develop Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines to accelerate rollouts and improve quality.
• You implement and monitor automated security and compliance policies to support our security team.
