Systems Engineer

• You will support our Operations team in the reliable operation of modern IT infrastructures for our business clients
• You will take full ownership of “your” customer systems and ensure stable, secure operations
• You will analyze incidents, identify root causes and resolve problems in a sustainable way
• You will monitor systems, optimize processes and keep our infrastructure up to date
• You will develop implementation concepts for change requests and carry them out independently
• You bring solid IT expertise and a desire to continually develop your skills

Systems Engineer IT Operations (80–100%), m/f/d

Full-stack Engineer

• Responsibility for the architecture and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects
• Technical leadership and mentoring of the engineering team
• Design and implementation of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Windows Server, security, networking, backup, etc.)
• Act as the interface between technology and the business, advising clients and implementing IT strategies
• Ensure high-quality, timely and cost-efficient delivery of projects
• Deliver audience-appropriate presentations and technical workshops
• Continuous optimization of IT processes, architectures and automations
