About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the operation of our corporate clients' IT infrastructures
- Responsible for the smooth and comprehensive operation of the customer systems assigned to you
- Incident resolution, root cause analysis and remediation, and system monitoring
- Maintenance of IT infrastructures
- Development of implementation concepts for change requests
- Taking responsibility for implementing the agreed implementation concepts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Broad, well-founded and practical expertise in: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, O365/Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, virtualization and storage solutions (ESX, Hyper-V / NetApp, Nimble), backup (Veeam, Backup Exec), and in firewall and network environments (Sophos, Cisco)
- Degree from a higher technical school or equivalent and technical certifications are an advantage
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of client contact
- Confident and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
- Team-oriented work style
- Ability to develop own solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility and duty
- High resilience and flexibility
- Driver's license, category B
