About the role
- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted HR thought partner on key HR initiatives and talent strategies
- Collaborate with and advise leaders on organization design, structure, and workforce planning
- Drive and execute performance management initiatives (goal-setting, performance review cycles, managing PIPs)
- Facilitate talent reviews, identify critical roles, and lead succession planning aligned with Talent Development Strategy
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations with stakeholders
- Oversee job changes including promotions, transfers, and merit increases
- Lead and join important HR projects; plan, organize, and implement projects
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Ensure compliance with UiPath policies communicated to employees
Requirements
- 7-10+ years within the HR function
- 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner
- Ideally experience within a technology company
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong change management skills and desire to act as a change agent
- Experience with organization design, structure, and workforce planning
- Experience driving performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and PIPs
- Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and talent development strategies
- Experience managing and resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations
- Experience overseeing job changes (promotions, transfers, merit increases)
- Project planning, organization, and execution skills for HR projects
- Experience overseeing onboarding and offboarding
- Capacity to build relationships across borders and with international, cross-functional teams
- Significant experience working with and influencing senior leadership
- Deep knowledge of HR trends, leading HR practices, and talent management practices
- Collaborative approach with a resilient mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent level of English
