About the role

  • Nuclera is a venture-backed biotech accelerating discovery by enabling rapid access to functional proteins with the eProtein Discovery benchtop system
  • Own the antibody applications roadmap to drive adoption among antibody discovery and reagent developers
  • Translate market needs into differentiated product strategy, offerings, and go-to-market plans
  • Serve as the antibody domain expert within the product organization, partnering with R&D, commercial, and customer-facing teams
  • Define and drive antibody application strategy, identify key workflows and unmet customer needs, and develop a sequenced roadmap
  • Collaborate on go-to-market, pricing models, messaging, and customer segmentation to scale adoption
  • Lead market research and voice-of-customer programs, spend significant time in the field to validate fit, and track the competitive landscape
  • Serve as senior liaison across customers, KOLs, sales, marketing, R&D, operations, quality, and finance; support onboarding and enablement
  • Build strategic partnerships with KOLs, academic and industry collaborators to co-develop applications and pioneer use cases
  • Role requires approximately 20% domestic and international travel

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or application development in the antibody discovery or life sciences tools space
  • Advanced degree (PhD, MS) in related field required
  • Extensive knowledge of recombinant antibodies and downstream uses
  • Proven track record building roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and launching successful solutions
  • Significant experience with customer engagement, market validation, and commercial translation
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, startup environment
