• Own and define antibody application strategy and roadmap for Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery system
• Identify key workflows, unmet customer needs, and prioritize productization of antibody-relevant workflows
• Champion market-fit, pricing models, and routes to scale adoption
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to launch and scale antibody-focused solutions; support messaging and customer segmentation
• Enable pilot-to-revenue transitions via collaborations, validated use cases, and scalable offerings
• Lead market research and VOC programs (surveys, in-depth interviews, advisory boards) and translate insights into prioritized features and business cases
• Spend significant time in the field with customers to validate fit and understand pain points
• Track competitive landscape to ensure differentiation and sharpen value proposition
• Serve as senior liaison between external stakeholders (customers, KOLs, sales, marketing) and internal teams (R&D, operations, quality, finance)
• Champion product requirements, secure executive buy-in, and ensure transparent communication on priorities, timelines, and metrics
• Support onboarding, training, and internal enablement for antibody use cases
• Build and steer strategic partnerships with KOLs, academia, industry collaborators, and channel partners to co-develop new applications

Research Analyst

• Work on cutting-edge protein expression, purification, and characterisation workflows contributing to development of the eProtein Discovery™ platform
• Follow SOPs and work under supervision to execute and analyse experiments on the eProtein Discovery System
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot DNA preparations, protein purifications and protein activity assays with guidance from senior members
• Actively engage in scientific discussion within the group and across groups to contribute to robust product development
• Report results in a timely manner and maintain good laboratory practices
• Contribute to fast-paced biotech product development and cross-team collaboration

Research Associate, Protein Science

• Amplify DNA constructs and design, deliver and analyze custom projects using Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery Platform in strict accordance with SOPs and work instructions
• Perform PCR to prepare DNA constructs for cell-free protein expression
• Carry out protein purification, quantification and SDS PAGE analysis
• Design, execute and analyze experiments using Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery Platform
• Adhere strictly to Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Systematically organize, track and manage large numbers of biological samples
• Accurately record and document experimental methods, observations and results
• Deliver under tight deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Own the antibody applications roadmap to drive adoption among antibody discovery and reagent developers
• Translate market needs into differentiated product strategy, offerings, and go-to-market plans
• Serve as the antibody domain expert within the product organization, partnering with R&D, commercial, and customer-facing teams
• Define and drive antibody application strategy, identify key workflows and unmet customer needs, and develop a sequenced roadmap
• Collaborate on go-to-market, pricing models, messaging, and customer segmentation to scale adoption
