About the role

  • Administer day-to-day operations of the organization’s HRIS and related systems
  • Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, maintain data integrity
  • Support user permissions, system configuration, test new features, updates, and system integrations
  • Review and resolve HRIS inbox requests and troubleshoot HRIS user problems
  • Implement HRIS process improvement initiatives and collaborate with People Team stakeholders and leaders
  • Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, provide data extraction, support data updates, imports, and data cleansing
  • Assist team members with HRIS related questions, issues, and training needs; develop and deliver training materials
  • Maintain documentation including user guides and process manuals for People Systems
  • Integrate HR knowledge into technology support and solutions and support People Team technology-related projects
  • Apply independent judgment and discretion to resolve problems and requests; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in human resources, information technology, or related field
  • Experience using HR technology tools; HRIS software (UKG Preferred), and other supporting HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking, learning management systems, performance management, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, or analytics software
  • Strong technical skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and collaborate to effectively navigate and solve concerns
  • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
  • Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and carefully follow all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations
  • Home office set up and ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in a similar role: HR technology, HRIS administration, or related areas
  • Preferred: Proficient project management skills
  • Preferred: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
