💰 $30,000 - $35,000 per year
About the role
- Administer day-to-day operations of the organization’s HRIS and related systems
- Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, maintain data integrity
- Support user permissions, system configuration, test new features, updates, and system integrations
- Review and resolve HRIS inbox requests and troubleshoot HRIS user problems
- Implement HRIS process improvement initiatives and collaborate with People Team stakeholders and leaders
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, provide data extraction, support data updates, imports, and data cleansing
- Assist team members with HRIS related questions, issues, and training needs; develop and deliver training materials
- Maintain documentation including user guides and process manuals for People Systems
- Integrate HR knowledge into technology support and solutions and support People Team technology-related projects
- Apply independent judgment and discretion to resolve problems and requests; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in human resources, information technology, or related field
- Experience using HR technology tools; HRIS software (UKG Preferred), and other supporting HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking, learning management systems, performance management, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, or analytics software
- Strong technical skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and collaborate to effectively navigate and solve concerns
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role
- Demonstrate knowledge of and carefully follow all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations
- Home office set up and ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
- Preferred: Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a similar role: HR technology, HRIS administration, or related areas
- Preferred: Proficient project management skills
- Preferred: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
