Manager

• Drive Team Productivity and Quality: Ensure efficient and effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements. Monitor and enhance team performance to meet quality standards.
• Student and Alumni Support Management: Manage communication, forecasting, and support for UMA’s current students, graduating students, and alumni. Provide personalized guidance to help them navigate their career paths.
• Graduate Career Development: Guide graduates through the entire interview and hiring process with multiple Allied Healthcare employers: Prepare graduates for interviews; Facilitate interview attendance; Assist with job offers and onboarding; Support graduates in their new roles.
• Customer Service and Relationship Building: Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls, as necessary. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including students, alumni, and employers.
• Team Member Call Monitoring: Conduct regular coaching sessions, monitor calls, and provide one-on-one development for all assigned team members.
• Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture.
