Manager

• Drive Team Productivity and Quality: Ensure efficient and effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements. Monitor and enhance team performance to meet quality standards.
• Student and Alumni Support Management: Manage communication, forecasting, and support for UMA’s current students, graduating students, and alumni. Provide personalized guidance to help them navigate their career paths.
• Graduate Career Development: Guide graduates through the entire interview and hiring process with multiple Allied Healthcare employers: Prepare graduates for interviews; Facilitate interview attendance; Assist with job offers and onboarding; Support graduates in their new roles.
• Customer Service and Relationship Building: Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls, as necessary. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including students, alumni, and employers.
• Team Member Call Monitoring: Conduct regular coaching sessions, monitor calls, and provide one-on-one development for all assigned team members.
• Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture.

• Graduate Outreach and Support: Proactively reach out to graduates who require assistance with online web applications and provide dedicated support.
• Pre-Employment Onboarding Assistance: Support graduates in timely completion of necessary pre-employment onboarding assessments.
• Online Application Facilitation: Engage with graduates, assisting them in navigating online web application processes.
• System Utilization: Utilize systems effectively to ensure accurate documentation completion by graduates. Maintain compliance with guidelines and contribute to training peers on successful strategies for supporting graduates in their online applications.

• Assist students and graduates in securing employment aligned with their field of study or skill set by identifying opportunities, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful job placements.
• Provide individualized guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and professional readiness to help students confidently transition into the workforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and hiring managers to generate job leads, create placement opportunities, and expand hiring pipelines within assigned regions.
• Engage with externship and practicum sites to facilitate required documentation, while collaborating with coordinators and site administrators to ensure a smooth student experience and transition to employment.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve placement goals, consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, and ensure all activities and documentation comply with institutional, federal, and accreditor standards.
