Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective strategic partnerships leads for Morpho
Own and close transformational strategic integrations
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key strategic stakeholders capable of scaling Morpho’s usage via embedded lending/borrowing products.
Lead end-to-end commercial and product discussions — prospecting, grasping product requirements, partnership structuring, negotiating, and onboarding.
Manage and grow strategic partnerships, ensuring integrations succeed post-close and lead to sustainable lending/borrowing flows.
Travel onsite to move forward negotiations and educate partners.
Unlock new use cases powered by Morpho
Co-design with strategic partners, tailored lending products.
Work with key Morpho stakeholders to build the best on-chain products.
Requirements
5+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or strategy roles in institutional financial services or fintech
Ability to understand abstract and clearly communicate complex technical products to crypto-native and prospective strategic partners
