About the role
- Interface with clients and client services team to provide strategic direction
- Manage and lead client services team to execute strategic direction for client projects
- Ensure goals and objectives are met
- Take ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion
- Supervise client services direct reports on a daily basis
- Anticipate client needs and make recommendations
- Handle multiple projects and clients under pressure
- Collaborate with multiple departments for quality control of projects
- Communicate project updates to all departments
- Attend meetings to discuss client projects and give status updates
- Travel up to 25%
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency account management experience
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
- Digital background required managing websites
- BA/BS degree required
- Deep and thorough understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry
- DAOR experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading digital marketing initiatives
- Strong digital omni-channel background
- Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple clients across organizations
- Marketing acumen and demonstrated experience in leading integration
- Success in developing relationships with senior-level clients
- Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint
