• Own the end-to-end Agency Partner Program, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing partner success.

• Enable agencies to position Typeform as a core solution for their customers through services, integrations, and packaged offerings.
• Drive net-new MRR through agency-sourced and agency-influenced deals.
• Define and manage Quarterly MBOs (Management by Objectives) aligned to revenue, activation, and program growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, co-selling motions, and shared account strategies.
• Track, report, and forecast partner performance against KPIs.

• Shape and evolve our brand voice
• Help evolve Typeform’s verbal identity so it reflects our current brand direction and product experience.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives that strengthen differentiation and improve understanding across the user journey.
• Create and refine copy for web pages, lifecycle emails, campaigns, ads, video scripts, and in‑app or product content.
• Lead copy development for high-priority website pages, modules, and launches.
• Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and message hierarchy across teams and channels.
• Contribute to and help maintain messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and channel playbooks.
• Partner closely with Brand Design to align verbal and visual storytelling.

• Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as Formless scales into new scenarios
• Identify and harden edge cases so experiences feel reliable and predictable
• Use and contribute to the Echo design system to create scalable and accessible patterns
• Run usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders

Product Designer – Formless

• Enable the shift toward an AI native Typeform platform through clear and scalable design
• Identify, design, and iterate on how users discover, activate, and benefit from AI across the full Typeform journey
• Create UX and visual designs for AI driven suggestions, copilots, templates, and action flows
• Design interaction models for inline guidance, command surfaces, and background automation
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI and ML, and Developer Relations to deliver consistent cross platform experiences
• Plan and run research, workshops, and feedback sessions to validate complex workflows, including data access and permissions
• Help evolve shared systems and patterns for AI experiences across the product
• Use and contribute to the Echo design system to ensure accessible and production ready outcomes
