About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to develop a robust pipeline
  • Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days
  • Work closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams
  • Onboard new vendors ensuring they are comfortable with our systems and services

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in equipment financing or 5 years in another industry preferably in a sales role
  • Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of achieving targets
  • Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a team environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
  • Background in financial services is a plus
