About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and engage prospective clients to develop a robust pipeline
- Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days
- Work closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams
- Onboard new vendors ensuring they are comfortable with our systems and services
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in equipment financing or 5 years in another industry preferably in a sales role
- Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations
- Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a team environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Background in financial services is a plus
- Competitive Base Salary of $60,000
