About the role
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on outbound calls and building relationships with potential vendors.
- Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective clients to develop a robust pipeline, utilizing search engines and online advertising technologies. This is a role entailing daily outbound calling and heavy prospecting.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed minimum volume goals within the first 90 to 120 days through diligent outreach and networking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth transactions and client onboarding.
- Vendor Management: Onboard new vendors, ensuring they are comfortable with our systems and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years in equipment financing or a proven sales record of at least 5 years in another industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong ability to read personalities and engage in meaningful conversations. Must be personable and able to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a team environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
